The material studied in the course "Bible Geography" is a two part study designed to familiarize the student with the details of what Archaeology has revealed concerning major towns and cities mentioned in the Bible. Each lesson contains actual photos taken of places as they appear today and explanations help us to understand how these places fit into the history of the Bible message.
This course is in video format and consists of 6 lessons. Each student will also receive a lesson booklet that contains the text of each lesson, together with a number of photos taken from the video presentation. Students will be responsible to study each lesson and answer the questions located at the end of each lesson before coming to class. After the presentation of the video material in class the students will be led in a discussion of the main points from the lesson. Time will also be given in class to entertain student questions. Students should complete Part 1 of this series before proceding to Part 2. The lessons for Part 1 are:
Lesson 1 - Jerusalem (Part 1)
Lesson 2 - Jerusalem (Part 2)
Lesson 3 - Damascus, Tarsus, and Antioch
Lesson 4 - Ephesus (Part 1)
Lesson 5 - Ephesus (Part 2)
